Management of Your Credit Union

Board of Directors

The Board sets down policy on behalf of the members on the operation of the Credit Union. The day to day operation is carried out by the Manager and members of staff.

Supervisory Committee

The Committee oversees the work of the Board and staff to ensure that they are operating within the rules and Credit Union Act of 1997. They send random letters to members requesting them to verify that the balances on our computer are in agreement with their own records and carry out audit checks as laid down by ILCU guidelines.

Representatives of the Board are actively involved at chapter level and delegates are sent to the Annual General Meeting and any special meetings of the Irish League of Credit Unions.
